AN ACT
1 Redesignating the Pullman Viaduct (SR 3001) in Butler County as
2 the Picklegate Crossing.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. Bridge designation.
6 The Pullman Viaduct (SR 3001) in Butler Township, Butler
7 County, which crosses over several railway tracks of the
8 Bessemer and Lake Erie Railroad or of any successor, is hereby
9 redesignated and shall be known as the Picklegate Crossing.
10 Section 2. Markers.
11 The Department of Transportation shall erect appropriate
12 markers or signs to indicate the redesignation under section 1.
13 Section 3. Effective date.
14 This act shall take effect immediately.
