AN ACT
1 Prohibiting the interference by a fund-collecting organization
2 with certain functions of an agency receiving funds collected
3 in its name.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Attempt to influence rules prohibited.
7 An organization or agency soliciting funds, including, but
8 not limited to, the United Way, Community Chest or United Appeal
9 shall not attempt to influence the rules of operation, policies,
10 or composition of the bylaws of an agency receiving funds
11 collected by the organization in the name of the recipient.
12 Section 2. Effective date.
13 This act shall take effect in 60 days.
