AN ACT
1 Designating the bridge on State Route 832, Millcreek Township,
2 Erie County, the Arthur F. Detisch Memorial Bridge; and
3 requiring the Department of Transportation to erect
4 designation signs.
5 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
6 hereby enacts as follows:
7 Section 1. Bridge designation.
8 The bridge on State Route 832 on Peninsula Drive, which
9 crosses over the railway tracks of the Norfolk Southern and
10 Western Railroad or of any successor, is hereby officially
11 designated and shall be known as the Arthur F. Detisch Memorial
12 Bridge.
13 Section 2. Markers.
14 The Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain
15 appropriate markers or signs to indicate this designation to
16 motorists.
17 Section 3. Effective date.
18 This act shall take effect in 60 days.
