AN ACT
1 Providing for certain State grants to townships.
2 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
3 hereby enacts as follows:
4 Section 1. Short title.
5 This act shall be known and may be cited as the Grants to
6 Townships Act.
7 Section 2. Township's share.
8 When a State grant to a township is conditioned on the
9 township's making a contribution to the cost of the project, the
10 township shall have the option to contribute in-kind services to
11 the project as all or part of the township's contribution.
12 Section 3. Effective date.
13 This act shall take effect in 60 days.
