                                     AN ACT

     1  Designating a portion of Route 248 as the "POW/MIA Remembrance
     2     Highway."

     3     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     4  hereby enacts as follows:
     5     Section 1.  That portion of State Route 248 situate in Carbon
     6  County is hereby designated the "POW/MIA Remembrance Highway."
     7     Section 2.  The Department of Transportation shall erect the
     8  appropriate signs to indicate this designation to motorists.
     9     Section 3.  This act shall take effect immediately.
