AN ACT
1 Repealing the act of May 7, 1927 (P.L.853, No.431), entitled "An
2 act for the government of boroughs which, at the time of
3 incorporation, included territory in more than one county."
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. The act of May 7, 1927 (P.L.853, No.431),
7 entitled "An act for the government of boroughs which, at the
8 time of incorporation, included territory in more than one
9 county," is repealed.
10 Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
