AN ACT
1 Amending the act of June 30, 1981 (P.L.128, No.43), entitled "An
2 act authorizing the creation of agricultural areas," further
3 providing for Commonwealth indebtedness.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Section 14.3(f) of the act of June 30, 1981
7 (P.L.128, No.43), known as the Agricultural Area Security Law,
8 added December 14, 1988 (P.L.1202, No.149), is amended to read:
9 Section 14.3. Commonwealth indebtedness.

11 (f) Expiration.--Authorization to issue bonds and notes [(],
12 not including refunding bonds and replacement notes[)], for the
13 purposes of this act shall expire [ten years from the effective
14 date of this section] February 13, 2004.
1 Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
