AN ACT
1 Repealing the act of June 21, 1939 (P.L.649, No.301), entitled
2 "An act authorizing counties to convey or lease property,
3 needed or convenient as a site for a county courthouse, to
4 the General State Authority; to acquire additional property
5 for such purposes; and to contract with and lease property
6 from said Authority."
7 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
8 hereby enacts as follows:
9 Section 1. The act of June 21, 1939 (P.L.649, No.301),
10 entitled "An act authorizing counties to convey or lease
11 property, needed or convenient as a site for a county
12 courthouse, to the General State Authority; to acquire
13 additional property for such purposes; and to contract with and
14 lease property from said Authority," is repealed.
15 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
