AN ACT
1 Repealing the act of March 14, 1905 (P.L.37, No.19), entitled,
2 as reenacted, "An act to fix the salaries of district
3 attorneys, and providing for the appointment of assistant
4 district attorneys, in the several counties of this
5 Commonwealth having over eight hundred thousand inhabitants;
6 prescribing the powers and duties, and fixing the salaries of
7 the said assistant district attorneys."
8 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
9 hereby enacts as follows:
10 Section 1. The act of March 14, 1905 (P.L.37, No.19),
11 entitled, as reenacted, "An act to fix the salaries of district
12 attorneys, and providing for the appointment of assistant
13 district attorneys, in the several counties of this Commonwealth
14 having over eight hundred thousand inhabitants; prescribing the
15 powers and duties, and fixing the salaries of the said assistant
16 district attorneys," is repealed.
17 Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
