                                     AN ACT

     1  Repealing the act of March 28, 1872 (P.L.609, No.558), entitled
     2     "An act requiring the chief commissioner of highways of the
     3     city of Philadelphia to have security entered into for the
     4     faithful performance of all contracts awarded by the highway
     5     department."

     6     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     7  hereby enacts as follows:
     8     Section 1.  The act of March 28, 1872 (P.L.609, No.558),
     9  entitled "An act requiring the chief commissioner of highways of
    10  the city of Philadelphia to have security entered into for the
    11  faithful performance of all contracts awarded by the highway
    12  department," is repealed.
    13     Section 2.  This act shall take effect in 60 days.
