                                     AN ACT

     1  Repealing the act of April 6, 1850 (P.L.371, No.275), entitled
     2     "An act to establish wharf lines on each side of the river
     3     Schuylkill, from Fairmount to the river Delaware."

     4     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     5  hereby enacts as follows:
     6     Section 1.  The act of April 6, 1850 (P.L.371, No.275),
     7  entitled "An act to establish wharf lines on each side of the
     8  river Schuylkill, from Fairmount to the river Delaware," is
     9  repealed.
    10     Section 2.  This act shall take effect immediately.
