AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Office of Attorney General for
2 drug law enforcement agents in cities of the first class.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The sum of $1,990,000, or as much thereof as may
6 be necessary, is hereby appropriated to the Attorney General for
7 the fiscal year July 1, 1998, to June 30, 1999, for drug law
8 enforcement agents to be assigned to cities of the first class.
9 Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 1998, or
10 immediately, whichever is later.
