AN ACT
1 Repealing the act of April 30, 1943 (P.L.145, No.73), entitled,
2 as amended, "An act providing for and regulating the
3 accumulation, investment and expenditure by counties, cities,
4 boroughs, incorporated towns, townships and school districts
5 of funds for post war projects."
6 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
7 hereby enacts as follows:
8 Section 1. The act of April 30, 1943 (P.L.145, No.73),
9 entitled, as amended, "An act providing for and regulating the
10 accumulation, investment and expenditure by counties, cities,
11 boroughs, incorporated towns, townships and school districts of
12 funds for post war projects," is repealed.
13 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
