AN ACT
1 Amending the act of February 27, 1847 (P.L.172, No.131),
2 entitled "An act requiring the inspectors of prisons,
3 sheriffs, prothonotaries and clerks of criminal courts and
4 others, to make annual returns to the secretary of the
5 commonwealth, and for other purposes," further providing for
6 duty of counties to file certain reports.
7 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
8 hereby enacts as follows:
9 Section 1. Section 3 of the act of February 27, 1847
10 (P.L.172, No.131), entitled "An act requiring the inspectors of
11 prisons, sheriffs, prothonotaries and clerks of criminal courts
12 and others, to make annual returns to the secretary of the
13 commonwealth, and for other purposes," is repealed.
14 Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
