AN ACT
1 Amending Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) of the Pennsylvania
2 Consolidated Statutes, further providing for drug trafficking
3 sentencing and penalties.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Section 7508 of Title 18 of the Pennsylvania
7 Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding a subsection to read:
8 § 7508. Drug trafficking sentencing and penalties.

10 (a.2) Entire amount to be calculated.--All of the marijuana
11 or the aggregate of the compound or mixture containing the
12 substance involved shall be considered for purposes of
13 calculating the applicability of this section and the
14 appropriate sentence under this section, regardless of whether
15 some portion of the marijuana or of the compound or mixture was
16 intended for personal use.

18 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
