                                     AN ACT

     1  Repealing the act of May 13, 1927 (P.L.982, No.472), entitled
     2     "An act fixing the compensation of the county commissioners
     3     in counties of the second class."

     4     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     5  hereby enacts as follows:
     6     Section 1.  The act of May 13, 1927 (P.L.982, No.472),
     7  entitled "An act fixing the compensation of the county
     8  commissioners in counties of the second class," is repealed.
     9     Section 2.  This act shall take effect in 60 days.
