                                     AN ACT

     1  Providing for retail store return policy posting.

     2     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     3  hereby enacts as follows:
     4  Section 1.  Retail store return policy posting.
     5     All retail stores shall post return policy for cash and
     6  credit purchases in the front of the store in plain view.
     7  Section 2.  Effective date.
     8     This act shall take effect in 60 days.
