AN ACT
1 Designating a section of SR 0073 in Montgomery County,
2 Pennsylvania as the POW/MIA Memorial Highway.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The section of SR 0073 in Whitpain Township,
6 Montgomery County, between North Wales Road and Butler Pike, is
7 designated and shall be known as the POW/MIA Memorial Highway.
8 Section 2. The Department of Transportation shall erect and
9 maintain appropriate signs identifying the above portion of road
10 as the POW/MIA Memorial Highway.
11 Section 3. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
