AN ACT
1 Prohibiting certain fees for the use of State property for the
2 purpose of making commercial motion pictures.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. Fees prohibited.
6 No department or agency of the Commonwealth may charge a fee
7 or other cost, except the actual costs incurred by the affected
8 department or agency, for the use of State-owned property for
9 the purpose of making commercial motion pictures.
10 Section 2. Effective date.
11 This act shall take effect in 60 days.
