                                     AN ACT

     1  Repealing certain provisions relating to premarital tests.

     2     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     3  hereby enacts as follows:
     4     Section 1.  The following acts or parts of acts are repealed:
     5         (1)  Section 12 of the act of April 23, 1956 (1955
     6     P.L.1510, No.500), known as the Disease Prevention and
     7     Control Law of 1955.
     8         (2)  23 Pa.C.S. §§ 1304(a) and 1305.
     9     Section 2.  This act shall take effect immediately.
