AN ACT
1 Amending Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) of the Pennsylvania
2 Consolidated Statutes, prohibiting the furnishing of drug-
3 free urine for the purpose of evading drug tests.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Title 18 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
7 Statutes is amended by adding a section to read:
8 § 7509. Furnishing drug-free urine.
9 (a) Unlawful sale or attempt.--A person commits a
10 misdemeanor of the third degree if he offers for sale, sells,
11 causes to be sold or gives drug-free urine for the purpose of or
12 which is WITH THE INTENT OR KNOWLEDGE THAT THE URINE WILL BE <--
13 used for evading or causing deceitful results in a test for the
14 presence of drugs.
15 (b) Use or attempt.--A person commits a misdemeanor of the
1 third degree if he uses or attempts to use drug-free urine as
2 provided in subsection (a) for the purpose of evading or causing
3 deceitful results in a test for the presence of drugs.
4 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
