                                     AN ACT

     1  Repealing the act of June 9, 1936 (P.L.13, No.4), entitled, as
     2     reenacted and amended, "An act imposing an emergency State
     3     tax on liquor, as herein defined, sold by the Pennsylvania
     4     Liquor Control Board; providing for the collection and
     5     payment of such tax; and imposing duties upon the Department
     6     of Revenue and the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board."

     7     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     8  hereby enacts as follows:
     9     Section 1.  The act of June 9, 1936 (P.L.13, No.4), entitled,
    10  as reenacted and amended, "An act imposing an emergency State
    11  tax on liquor, as herein defined, sold by the Pennsylvania
    12  Liquor Control Board; providing for the collection and payment
    13  of such tax; and imposing duties upon the Department of Revenue
    14  and the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board," reenacted and
    15  amended May 29, 1951 (P.L.479, No. 112), is repealed.
    16     Section 2.  This act shall take effect immediately.
