AN ACT
1 Designating a certain bridge on SR 0011 over the West Branch of
2 the Susquehanna River connecting Point Township,
3 Northumberland County and Monroe Township, Snyder County, as
4 the Barry A. King Memorial Bridge.
5 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
6 hereby enacts as follows:
7 Section 1. Bridge designation.
8 The bridge over the West Branch of the Susquehanna River
9 which carries SR 0011 from Point Township, Northumberland County
10 to Monroe Township, Snyder County, is hereby designated and
11 shall be known as the Barry A. King Memorial Bridge.
12 Section 2. Signs.
13 The Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain
14 signs which shall display the name of Barry A. King Memorial
15 Bridge at each end of the bridge so designated in section 1.
16 Section 3. Effective date.
17 This act shall take effect immediately.
