                                     AN ACT

     1  Making a supplemental appropriation to the Department of the
     2     Auditor General.

     3     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     4  hereby enacts as follows:
     5  Section 1.  Appropriation to Department of Auditor General.
     6     The sum of $1,641,000, or as much thereof as may be
     7  necessary, is hereby appropriated to the Department of the
     8  Auditor General for the fiscal year July 1, 1997, to June 30,
     9  1998. This appropriation shall be in addition to any other
    10  appropriation made to the Department of the Auditor General for
    11  the fiscal year 1997-1998.
    12  Section 2.  Effective date.
    13     This act shall take effect immediately.
