A SUPPLEMENT
1 To the act of July 6, 1995 (P.L.269, No.38), "An act providing
2 for the capital budget for the fiscal year 1995-1996,"
3 itemizing a project to be acquired by the Pennsylvania Fish
4 and Boat Commission and financed from current revenues of the
5 Boat Fund.
6 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
7 hereby enacts as follows:
8 Section 1. Short title.
9 This act shall be known and may be cited as the Fish and Boat
10 Commission Capital Project Itemization Act of 1995-1996.
11 Section 2. Total authorization.
12 The total authorization for capital projects in the category
13 of public improvement projects for acquisition and development
14 of boating access areas to be financed from current revenues of
15 the Boat Fund pursuant to executive authorizations shall be
16 $150,000.
17 Section 3. Itemization of projects.
18 (1) Beaver County Acquisition of interests
19 in lands for, and assistance in
1 development of, a public fishing and
2 boating access facility in the Borough
3 of Monaca, Beaver County 150,000
4 (Boat Fund Cost: $150,000)
5 Section 4. Effective date.
6 This act shall take effect immediately.
