                                     AN ACT

     1  Amending Title 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) of the
     2     Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, further providing for
     3     original jurisdiction of the Commonwealth Court.

     4     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     5  hereby enacts as follows:
     6     Section 1.  Section 761 of Title 42 of the Pennsylvania
     7  Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding a subsection to read:
     8  § 761.  Original jurisdiction.

    10     (a.1)  Criminal actions.--The Commonwealth Court shall have
    11  original jurisdiction of all criminal actions or proceedings
    12  initiated by the Attorney General or a district attorney
    13  relating to matters in which an administrative agency of the
    14  Commonwealth has investigative or enforcement authority.

    16     Section 2.  This act shall take effect in 60 days.
