        REFERRED TO APPROPRIATIONS, NOVEMBER 14, 1995

                                     AN ACT

     1  Making an appropriation to the Organ Donation Awareness Trust
     2     Fund.

     3     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     4  hereby enacts as follows:
     5  Section 1.  Appropriation.
     6     The sum of $300,000 is hereby appropriated from the General
     7  Fund to the Organ Donation Awareness Trust Fund to administer
     8  the Organ Donor Card Program established under 20 Pa.C.S. § 8621
     9  (relating to Organ Donation Awareness Trust Fund contributions).
    10  Section 2.  Effective date.
    11     This act shall take effect immediately.
