AN ACT
1 To provide an appropriation from the General Fund to the
2 Department of Public Welfare for the fiscal year July 1,
3 1995, to June 30, 1996, for family planning agencies.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. The sum of $2,000,000, or as much thereof as may
7 be necessary, is hereby appropriated to the Department of Public
8 Welfare for the fiscal year July 1, 1995, to June 30, 1996, for
9 family planning agencies to provide family planning services.
10 Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 1995, or
11 immediately, whichever is later.
