AN ACT
1 Designating a certain bridge on SR 2012 in Castanea Township,
2 Clinton County, as the Castanea Firemen's Memorial Bridge.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The bridge located on SR 2012 over the Bald Eagle
6 Creek in Castanea Township, Clinton County, on Segment 24 at
7 Offset 435 is hereby designated and shall be known as the
8 Castanea Firemen's Memorial Bridge.
9 Section 2. The Department of Transportation shall erect and
10 maintain signs which shall display the name of the Castanea
11 Firemen's Memorial Bridge as designated in section 1.
12 Section 3. This act shall take effect immediately.
