AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Museum of the Philadelphia Civic
2 Center for maintenance and the purchase of apparatus,
3 supplies and equipment.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. The sum of $20,000 is hereby appropriated to the
7 Museum of the Philadelphia Civic Center, Philadelphia, for the
8 fiscal year July 1, 1996, to June 30, 1997, for maintenance and
9 the purchase of apparatus, supplies and equipment.
10 Section 2. Payments to the Museum of the Philadelphia Civic
11 Center on account of the appropriation provided in section 1
12 shall be made quarterly by the Executive Director of the
13 Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission.
14 Section 3. The Museum of the Philadelphia Civic Center shall
15 provide full, complete and accurate information as may be
16 required by the Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission or
17 the majority chairman or the minority chairman of the
18 Appropriations Committee of the Senate or the majority chairman
1 or the minority chairman of the Appropriations Committee of the
2 House of Representatives.
3 Section 4. This act shall take effect July 1, 1996, or
4 immediately, whichever is later.
