AN ACT
1 Authorizing the release of Project 70 restrictions imposed on
2 certain lands owned by the Adams-Croyle Recreation Authority
3 and required for improvements to Croyle Township Road 352,
4 Cambria County, in return for the imposition of Project 70
5 restrictions on certain lands being conveyed to the Adams-
6 Croyle Recreation Authority.
7 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
8 hereby enacts as follows:
9 Section 1. The lands described in section 2 are hereby
10 released from restrictions imposed under the provisions of the
11 act of June 22, 1964 (Sp.Sess., P.L.131, No.8), known as the
12 Project 70 Land Acquisition and Borrowing Act, in exchange for
13 the imposition of restrictions under the Project 70 Land
14 Acquisition and Borrowing Act on the lands described in section
15 3.
16 Section 2. The lands authorized to be released from
17 restrictions are more particularly described as follows:
18 AREA NO. 1
19 Beginning at a point on the westerly right-of-way line of
1 Township Road No. 352 and the northerly right-of-way line of the
2 Consolidated Rail Corporation approximately 500 feet north of
3 the intersection of State Route 869 and Township Road No. 352;
4 thence by the right-of-way line of the Consolidated Rail
5 Corporation by a curve with a radius to the right of 1402.69
6 feet an arc distance of 2.04 feet, having a chord distance of
7 2.04 feet at a bearing of north 77 degrees 58 minutes 12 seconds
8 west to a point; thence through the lands of which this is a
9 part by a curve to the left with a radius of 2794.97 feet an arc
10 distance of 177.22 feet, having a chord distance of 177.19 feet

9 Section 4. The restrictions to be included in the deed to
10 the lands described in section 3 shall read as follows:
11 This indenture is given to provide land for recreation,
12 conservation and historical purposes as defined in the
13 act of June 22, 1964 (Sp.Sess., P.L.131, No.8), known as
14 the Project 70 Land Acquisition and Borrowing Act.
15 Section 5. This act shall take effect immediately.
