AN ACT
1 Designating a portion of U.S. Route 220 in Lycoming County as
2 the Lycoming County Veterans' Memorial Highway.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The portion of U.S. Route 220 from the
6 intersection of S.R.44 to the Halls exit in Lycoming County is
7 designated and shall be known as the Lycoming County Veterans'
8 Memorial Highway.
9 Section 2. The Department of Transportation shall erect and
10 maintain appropriate signs identifying the above portion of road
11 as the Lycoming County Veterans' Memorial Highway.
12 Section 3. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
