AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Everhart Museum in Scranton.
2 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
3 hereby enacts as follows:
4 Section 1. The sum of $33,000 is hereby appropriated to the
5 Everhart Museum in Scranton for the fiscal year July 1, 1995, to
6 June 30, 1996.
7 Section 2. Payments to the Everhart Museum on account of the
8 appropriation provided in section 1 shall be made quarterly by
9 the Executive Director of the Pennsylvania Historical and Museum
10 Commission.
11 Section 3. The Everhart Museum shall provide full, complete
12 and accurate information as may be required by the Pennsylvania
13 Historical and Museum Commission or the majority chairman or the
14 minority chairman of the Appropriations Committee of the Senate
15 or the majority chairman or the minority chairman of the
16 Appropriations Committee of the House of Representatives.
17 Section 4. This act shall take effect July 1, 1995, or
1 immediately, whichever is later.
