AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Central Penn Oncology Group.
2 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
3 hereby enacts as follows:
4 Section 1. The sum of $143,000 is hereby appropriated to the
5 Central Penn Oncology Group for the fiscal year July 1, 1995, to
6 June 30, 1996. Payment of this appropriation shall be made by
7 the Secretary of Health in equal quarterly payments.
8 Section 2. The Central Penn Oncology Group shall provide
9 full, complete and accurate information as may be required by
10 the Department of Health or the majority chairman or the
11 minority chairman of the Appropriations Committee of the Senate
12 or the majority chairman or the minority chairman of the
13 Appropriations Committee of the House of Representatives.
14 Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 1995, or
15 immediately, whichever is later.
