AN ACT
1 Requiring certain employers to list employment opportunities
2 with the State Job Center.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. Definitions.
6 The following words and phrases when used in this act shall
7 have the meanings given to them in this section unless the
8 context clearly indicates otherwise:
9 "Employer." All departments, boards and commissions of State
10 government and authorities thereof and all political
11 subdivisions and authorities thereof. The term includes all
12 corporations and other entities which receive 20% or more of
13 their total annual income from State grants or contracts.
14 Section 2. Employment vacancies.
15 All employers shall submit notice of all employment vacancies
16 to the State Job Center.
1 Section 3. Effective date.
2 This act shall take effect in 60 days.
