                                     AN ACT

     1  Amending Title 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) of the
     2     Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, further providing for
     3     juvenile history record information.

     4     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     5  hereby enacts as follows:
     6     Section 1.  Section 6309(c) of Title 42 of the Pennsylvania
     7  Consolidated Statutes is amended to read:
     8  § 6309.  Juvenile history record information.

    10     (c)  Fingerprints and photographs.--The court of proper
    11  jurisdiction shall ensure that the fingerprints and photographs
    12  of a dangerous juvenile offender whose fingerprints and
    13  photographs which have been taken by an arresting authority
    14  pursuant to section 6308(c) are forwarded to the central
    15  repository within 48 hours after [a dangerous juvenile offender
    16  has been adjudicated delinquent.] the disposition of a dangerous
    17  juvenile offender under section 6352 (relating to disposition of

     1  delinquent child).
