AN ACT
1 Designating a certain bridge in Susquehanna County as the
2 Susquehanna County Veterans Memorial Bridge.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The bridge carrying SR 0092 over the Susquehanna
6 River in Oakland Township in Susquehanna County between Oakland
7 Borough and Susquehanna Depot is designated and shall be known
8 as the Susquehanna County Veterans Memorial Bridge.
9 Section 2. The Department of Transportation shall erect
10 appropriate signs at each end of the bridge in accordance with
11 section 1.
12 Section 3. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
