AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Downingtown Industrial and
2 Agricultural School, Downingtown.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The sum of $78,000 is hereby appropriated to the
6 Downingtown Industrial and Agricultural School for the fiscal
7 year July 1, 1993, to June 30, 1994, for payment of debts
8 incurred prior to July 1, 1984.
9 Section 2. Payments to the Downingtown Industrial and
10 Agricultural School on account of the appropriation provided in
11 section 1 shall be made by the Secretary of Education in equal
12 quarterly payments.
13 Section 3. The Downingtown Industrial and Agricultural
14 School shall provide full, complete and accurate information as
15 may be required by the Department of Education or the majority
16 chairman or the minority chairman of the Appropriations
17 Committee of the Senate or the majority chairman or the minority
1 chairman of the Appropriations Committee of the House of
2 Representatives.
3 Section 4. This act shall take effect July 1, 1993, or
4 immediately, whichever is later.
