                                     AN ACT

     1  Mandating all county boundaries be frozen as they appear in
     2     official tax maps as of 1973.

     3     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     4  hereby enacts as follows:
     5  Section 1.  Boundaries frozen.
     6     All county boundaries shall be frozen as they appear in each
     7  county's official tax maps as of July 1, 1973.
     8  Section 2.  Effective date.
     9     This act shall take effect immediately.
