AN ACT
1 Amending the act of July 7, 1994 (P.L.421, No.70), entitled "An
2 act providing for protection of public health and prevention
3 of fraud and deception by prohibiting the manufacture or sale
4 of, the offering for sale or exposing for sale of or the
5 having in possession with intent to sell adulterated,
6 misbranded or deleterious foods; and making repeals,"
7 removing registration fee.
8 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
9 hereby enacts as follows:
10 Section 1. Section 14(c) of the act of July 7, 1994
11 (P.L.421, No.70), known as the Food Act, is amended to read:
12 Section 14. Registration of food establishments.

14 [(c) Fee.--The registration fee shall be $35 per food
15 establishment per year.]

17 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
