AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Mercer Museum in Doylestown,
2 Pennsylvania.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The sum of $135,000 is hereby appropriated to the
6 Mercer Museum in Doylestown, Pennsylvania, for the fiscal year
7 July 1, 1994, to June 30, 1995.
8 Section 2. Payments to the Mercer Museum on account of the
9 appropriation provided in section 1 shall be made quarterly by
10 the Executive Director of the Pennsylvania Historical and Museum
11 Commission.
12 Section 3. The Mercer Museum shall provide full, complete
13 and accurate information as may be required by the Pennsylvania
14 Historical and Museum Commission or the majority chairman or the
15 minority chairman of the Appropriations Committee of the Senate
16 or the majority chairman or the minority chairman of the
17 Appropriations Committee of the House of Representatives.
1 Section 4. This act shall take effect July 1, 1994, or
2 immediately, whichever is later.
