AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Arsenal Family and Children's
2 Center.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The sum of $162,000 $212,000 is hereby <--
6 appropriated to the Arsenal Family and Children's Center for the
7 fiscal year July 1, 1994, to June 30, 1995.
8 Section 2. Payments to the Arsenal Family and Children's
9 Center on account of the appropriation in section 1 shall be
10 made by the Secretary of Public Welfare in equal quarterly
11 payments.
12 Section 3. The Arsenal Family and Children's Center shall
13 provide full, complete and accurate information as may be
14 required by the Department of Public Welfare or the majority
15 chairman or the minority chairman of the Appropriations
16 Committee of the Senate or the majority chairman or the minority
17 chairman of the Appropriations Committee of the House of
1 Representatives.
2 Section 4. This act shall take effect July 1, 1994, or
3 immediately, whichever is later.
