AN ACT
1 Designating the section of S.R.4005 and S.R.0422, Indiana
2 County, Pennsylvania, as Jimmy Stewart Boulevard.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The sections of S.R.4005 (segment 30/00 to
6 segment 70/00) southbound S.R.0422 (segment 260/00 to segment
7 270/3682) and northbound S.R.0422 (segment 261/00 to segment
8 271/3629) in Indiana County is hereby designated and shall be
9 known as Jimmy Stewart Boulevard.
10 Section 2. The Department of Transportation shall erect and
11 maintain road signs which shall display the name of Jimmy
12 Stewart Boulevard at the beginning and end of the section of
13 highway so designated.
14 Section 3. This act shall take effect immediately.
