AN ACT
1 Designating the interchange at Interstate 79 and Interstate 80
2 in Mercer County as the Orville DeWayne "O.D." Anderson
3 Interchange.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. The interchange at Interstate 79 and Interstate
7 80 in Mercer County is hereby designated and shall be known as
8 the Orville DeWayne "O.D." Anderson Interchange.
9 Section 2. The Department of Transportation shall erect
10 appropriate signs to indicate the designation under section 1.
11 Section 3. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
