AN ACT
1 Repealing the act of July 2, 1937 (P.L.2797, No.584), entitled, <--
2 as amended, "An act requiring collectors of city, county,
3 borough, town, township, and school district taxes, to file
4 certain reports with the quarter sessions court and the
5 Department of Community Affairs; directing such department to
6 prepare and furnish forms for such reports, making such
7 reports available for public inspection; and making violation
8 of the act a misdemeanor."
9 REPEALING CERTAIN ACTS RELATING TO COLLECTION OF TAXES. <--
10 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
11 hereby enacts as follows:
12 Section 1. The act of July 2, 1937 (P.L.2797, No.584), <--
13 SECTION 1. THE FOLLOWING ACTS ARE REPEALED: <--
14 ACT OF MAY 23, 1919 (P.L.239, NO.131), ENTITLED "AN ACT
15 REQUIRING THE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF THE SEVERAL COUNTIES AND
16 ALL COLLECTORS AND ASSESSORS OF TAXES FOR LOCAL PURPOSES IN THIS
17 COMMONWEALTH, TO FURNISH TO THE SECRETARY OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS,
18 OR HIS REPRESENTATIVES, ANY AND ALL OTHER STATISTICS AND
19 INFORMATION RELATING TO THE COLLECTION AND ASSESSING OF SAID
20 TAXES, IN ADDITION TO THOSE REQUIRED TO BE FURNISHED UNDER
1 EXISTING LAWS, AS MAY BE DEMANDED BY HIM."
2 ACT OF JULY 2, 1937 (P.L.2797, NO.584), entitled, as amended,

5 with the quarter sessions court and the Department of Community
6 Affairs; directing such department to prepare and furnish forms
7 for such reports, making such reports available for public

10 Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
