                                     AN ACT

     1  Amending Title 51 (Military Affairs) of the Pennsylvania
     2     Consolidated Statutes, further providing for the State
     3     Veterans' Commission.

     4     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     5  hereby enacts as follows:
     6     Section 1.  Section 1702(b)(2) of Title 51 of the
     7  Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding a
     8  subparagraph to read:
     9  § 1702.  State Veterans' Commission.

    11     (b)  Composition.--The commission shall be composed of:
    12         * * *
    13         (2)  The State commander, commandant or head, or his
    14     designee, of each of the following named veterans'
    15     organizations:
    16             * * *
    17             (xiii)  The Vietnam Veterans of America, Inc.

     2     Section 2.  This act shall take effect in 60 days.
