AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Burn Foundation, Philadelphia.
2 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
3 hereby enacts as follows:
4 Section 1. The sum of $462,000 is hereby appropriated to the
5 Burn Foundation, Philadelphia for the fiscal year July 1, 1992,
6 to June 30, 1993, for outpatient and inpatient treatment.
7 Payment of this appropriation shall be made by the Secretary of
8 Health in equal quarterly payments.
9 Section 2. The Burn Foundation, Philadelphia shall provide
10 full, complete and accurate information as may be required by
11 the Department of Health or the Majority Chairman or the
12 Minority Chairman of the Appropriations Committee of the Senate
13 or the Majority Chairman or the Minority Chairman of the
14 Appropriations Committee of the House of Representatives.
15 Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 1992, or
16 immediately, whichever is later.
