AN ACT
1 Amending Title 51 (Military Affairs) of the Pennsylvania
2 Consolidated Statutes, extending the expiration date of the
3 Pennsylvania Veterans' Memorial Commission.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Section 1906 of Title 51 of the Pennsylvania
7 Consolidated Statutes is amended to read:
8 § 1906. Expiration of chapter.
9 This chapter shall expire on [June 30, 1992] December 31, <--
10 1994 JUNE 30, 1995. <--
11 Section 2. This act shall be retroactive to June 30, 1992,
12 if enacted after that date.
13 Section 3. This act shall take effect immediately.
