                                     AN ACT

     1  Designating the bridge on which Central Avenue crosses over the
     2     Tookany Creek in Cheltenham Township, Montgomery County, as
     3     the Edmund F. Drach Bridge.

     4     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     5  hereby enacts as follows:
     6     Section 1.  The bridge on which Central Avenue (L.R. 46121)
     7  crosses over the Tookany Creek in Cheltenham Township,
     8  Montgomery County, is hereby designated and shall be known as
     9  the Edmund F. Drach Bridge.
    10     Section 2.  The Secretary of Transportation shall erect
    11  suitable markers in order to carry out this act.
    12     Section 3.  This act shall take effect immediately.
