AN ACT
1 Making appropriations to the Treasury Department out of various
2 funds for payment of general obligation debt service.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The following sums are hereby appropriated, out
6 of the funds indicated, to the Treasury Department for the
7 fiscal year July 1, 1991, to June 30, 1992, for payment of
8 general obligation debt service.
9 Out of the Fish Fund..................................$50,000
10 Out of the Boat Fund....................................2,000
11 Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 1991, or
12 immediately, whichever is later.
